"Will probably never get my prescription filled from here again. This was the 2nd time I went and they told me my prescriptions would be done within 2 hours. Weren't even filled till THE NEXT DAY. And not even in the morning. I had to wait till "after their lunch break" which wasn't till 130pm. I was there in the morning at 1000. So no, I'll take my prescriptions to carrs across the street."

"Repeat bad experiences. If there any issues, noone answers the phone. I had to go in person to get any service and they still didn't resolve the issue. They messed up my insurance refill interval and then have just repeatedly canceled prescriptions on some medications without letting me know. Look anywhere else before here unless you're in a pinch."

"I am a provider and get my prescriptions here. Sat on call waiting for over 20 minutes trying to get info on an rx. No one ever picked up. Called back and asked the automated system for a pharmacy manager. No one ever picked up. Called back and asked for a store manager - he picked u and basically said they did not have the staff to answer the phones. One might ask WHY they have call waiting?! Called my provider to let her know the pharmacy auto system said there was only 1 rx - should have been 2 - she said she was unable to get anyone on the phone and finally had used the auto ordering line - which obviously didn’t work. The one rx that got through was still ‘in process’ 10 hours after having been ordered. I will be switching pharmacies and will discourage both patients and colleagues from using Walgreens."

"I don't appreciate them trying to deny all of my medications, especially my inhaler. All you guys have to do if you don't trust what I tell you is confirm with my doctor, it's not my responsibility to call the doctor's office for you and tell them to call you. If it's an insurance issue, they tell me to have you guys call them every single time there's an issue. Get on the phone and communicate."

"This pharmacy is so terrible I suspect it may be intentional sabotage instead of just general incompetence. Each month, there is some new issue with filling my prescription. I have wasted hours of my life on the phone with them trying to get a basic medication filled on time. I even cancelled my prescription, but they still tried to fill it, which prevented me from picking up the medication elsewhere. When I switched to a neighboring pharmacy directly across the street, I had no problems. Don't come here if you actually want medication. You won't get it and they'll just waste your time and risk your health."
