Walmart Pharmacy

"went for a refill today. 3/1 @ 6:30pm. was told by her (there were 2 people including her) to wait while they get it ready. they proceed to help about 3 other people and 1 specificly “she’s the last person, we’re just opening for her” by the other girl to people who just came after 7pm mark. then they proceed to give her her refill. the girl who TOLD us to wait, proceeds to close and disappear. i watch her close but didn’t say anything to her because she TOLD US to wait so i think okay, we’re waiting like you TOLD us to wait so ur gonna close and then get us our refill cause u CLEARLY, SEE us sitting on the bench, WAITING. after 15 minutes i think, oookay, she’s gone. is she coming back to give us our refill LIKE SHE TOLD US TO? i didn’t say anything cause she SEES us. she KNOWS we’re still there. she could’ve told us it’s late and we’ll have to do it tomorrow. we waited 40 minutes. just for her to disappear. we asked a random associate but she couldn’t do anything cause both the pharmacy girl was gone. we went to customer service and they couldn’t do anything because the pharmacy is a third party. i’m not happy that i was told to wait, 40 minutes for her to disappear after helping “the last customer” with her refill THAT TOOK HER MINUTES to do while she SEES us. like ?????????? what was the point of telling us to wait if u didn’t want to help us??? edit: came back 3/2 @ 6pm and the pharmacist (lead - Madelin!) was there today. she did say she saw our review, understood us, that we were a valued customer, and will talk to the person who did that to us. i greatly appreciated being understood! i was NOT happy yesterday! thanks for understanding! the people today were great."

"Walmart Pharmacy at A St Anchorage, Alaska has been my choice among the Pharmacies in town despite of being far from my place. This is so because of employees who set as assets to your company. There are few that I would like to send praises, but lost their names. But one who I distinctly remember that I salute and would like to acknowledge. Among them, I would like to put emphasize in recommending an employee, Fe Folante, Pharmacy technician. Foremost her customer-Service Skill is remarkable. She truly spends quality time with all customers but yet she can continue to display her multi task ability without compromising every customer's needs and remains calm and very respectful of every diverse individuals. When she teaches, her detailed-oriented information are communicated well coupled with her listening skills.
