"Initially, I had no issues. I only transferred my prescriptions here because Fred Meyer stopped accepting my insurance. My doctor's office has already faxed my prescription to this pharmacy, but they claim to have never received it. It's possible that their fax machine is having problems, or they need to update their fax number. This situation is frustrating since I'm trying to get my medication, and they keep saying they haven't received it. Furthermore, they never answer the phone, so calling them is pointless."
