"My friend called during covid. When people were working from home. He called and wanted to switch insurance to a new car. He was on the phone for almost an hour. The person never switched it ! He ended up getting into a car accident. Only to find out his insurance was never switched! He was insured 15 years with progressive . Friend ended up losing his license and now owes 50000 and is gonna serve jail time because someone didn't do their job :("

"I've been on hold over 13 minutes when the recording says 5-10 minutes. I am not even sure WHY IN THE WORLD does Alaska office even have this recording. I know Alaska is NOT THAT BUSY dealing with issues. I just signed up with this insurance company and will he going elsewhere after my 6 months is up. Crazy, In Alaska be on hold with a local office more than 15 minutes, let alone have this recording/computer answering a phone line. Sad, just sad."
