I worked with Zach and JP - These guys were both super knowledgable and friendly, and they really know bootfitting. "Surefoot Liners, custom footbeds, and their staff are all 5 stars in my eyes. I love the customization, the comfort, and their Fit Guarantee which lets you come back and get boots/liners adjusted for free within the lifespan of their products. Ski boots are the most important part of ski gear so don’t go the cheap route! One note: I’m on my second pair of liners and they took much longer to break-in than my first pair. It sounds like they added more foam to the process recently. Less comfy out of the box but after 5 days skiing, they’re feeling much better. Be patient with the liners and your boot fitters!"

"My fiancé recently purchased boots here, the staff was very helpful throughout entire process. She was having trouble with them the first two days of skiing at JHMR so we came in and they fixed up/adjusted the inner liner boot for free. Very convenient that they have multiple locations at other resorts so if you ever need adjustments you can take them to any store you have ski trips at."
