When trying to pay off said loan and will not release the title until those extra charges are paid in full!!"

"If you're going to finance anything through Trona Valley make sure you're going through Rock Springs or Evanston Branches. I financed through the Green River branch and have had nothing but problems for the last year and three months. If you are not physically there walking them through the steps to fix the issue, it will never be fixed. It took them 4 months to try and fix a direct deposit issue and even then I had to go to the Rock Springs branch for it to be resolved. I have nothing good to say about Green River Trona Valley, don't waste your time here and go to the other branches."
