"If I could I would give it 0. I went in for a 3 or 4 inch trim and left with 3 solid layers and my hair was barely to my chin. I lost 2 years of hard work and will never ever go back. I won't even go back to get a refund because I know that the man who works there is so unstable and rude. I will never step foot in here again. Very very unhappy."
