"Not a fan. My family’s been using Walmart pharmacy for the last 2 years, and I’ve gradually just come to absolutely dislike the costumer service. 10/10 would not recommend."

"The pharmasists, everyone working here, they're heroes. So many have quit jobs like theirs. They are so inundated, yet remain calm, polite, and helpful customer after customer. The wait times can't be helped right now, but tje Pharmacy is hands down the best part of Wal-Mart when it comes to customer service."

"I'm not sure what is going on, at this pharmacy, but they are closed Saturday and Sunday, as of last week or 2 and have bankers hours now...Monday thru Friday 10-6. Not for the working person. We went to the doctor on Friday, and the prescriptions were called in immediately, but when we arrived at the pharmacy Monday at 5:30, hubby's 1 was ready and only out of 7 of mine! The prescription for the doctor that I had literally just left was ready, but she was "working on" 1 of the 7 that was called in on Friday. 1 of the computers, at the cashier line, was down and the chaos that was happening at that time was insane! About 25 people in line, nothing was ready and hanging up and they weren't having people step out of line while waiting on the pharmacist! If this keeps up, I will be transferring my meds to Walgreens and suggest that if you need it right away or get off work later than 5 pm, you should too"

"I have been going for almost a year there to get my medicine. It was always fantastic at first... Now thay are incredibly shorthanded. I had called in my medicine days ago and when I went it still was not ready and i had to wait for almost a hour. And my medicine has been messed up 2 different times now. They are always nice but they don't have enough people helping"
