"My husband and I have been going to this pharmacy for about 6 months. We are from Utah and they take Utah insurance so that made our lives easy until we switched to Wyoming insurance. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. We even gained a few friends there one of them named Janet who is very sweet and kind. Britney has been there for many years and is very thorough and kind as well. The pharmacist is a knowledgeable and understanding man. They seem to always be there to help you no matter what. You don't feel like a number with these guys. They are Amazing!!!"

"Chad was the pharmacist I dealt with and he was the worst person in customer service I’ve ever dealt with. He was rude to me and other customers there. He was refusing to help me in an emergency situation even though it was within the law and he was able to fill prescriptions for me (that I vitally need) but he was refusing to because “he likes to go above and beyond the bare minimum”. I called several places to check my rights and laws and it was 100% within the law and doable but he was refusing to do it. I had to drive 3 hours home from a trip because I had forgotten my meds (and my meds were due for refill anyways but he refused to fill them) and I had to stay home from the trip....all thanks to him. Chad needs to find a new job and Learn customer service and actually do his job. He cannot refuse me of my very important medications just because he is on a power trip."
