"Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVER shop in this garbage place. Waited 45 minutes for a "yours will be ready in 15 minutes" for a pinky eye treatment antibiotic eye drop. Guess what? Then the exact same hispanic woman worker who was working on 06/15/2023 at 12:00 PM told me "waiting for a call from my doctor" on a prescription that was sent online about 2 hours. Then I insisted and guess what she told me after talking to a pharmacist? "We don't have your item". I am 100% sure they just shood me away because they were busy back there. I am sure that was a straight up lie. Learnt the lesson hard way, will definitely shop local next time not in this trash place."

I’ve always been treated with the utmost care and respect even when they are slammed An they are in a Grocery Store and are a national chain and they all deserve a HUGE RAISE Thank y’all for everything and I hope this review will help y’all in making decisions about who to go to. "Grew up in Wyoming using Albertsons. When traveling I figured I could stop by and get a refill from the pharmacy. After waiting 20 minutes I was seen and was told they would only help me if my doctor called them. Not politely told this to boot. I went down the street and Stone Drug immediately helped me and gave me a refill. Shop local. Avoid this pharmacy."

"Staff claims they didn’t receive my doctor’s prescription following a tick bite. My doctor was concerned about Lyme disease. They were unconcerned and rude. I had to call my doctor’s support line twice in order to get help. If you choose Save on pharmacy in Jackson, just be aware of its reviews."
