"Wish I could give zero stars! Told us our insurance 'was not working'. I asked what error they were getting and was told they don't have everything set up yet for insurances so they applied a coupon to my scrip. Which I appreciate but a script that should have cost me about $4 with insurance costs me $35. When I called to ask more questions the guy on the phone was so incredibly rude and kept saying, 'I told you when you were here', 'Like I said when you were here'. He just sounded like he was miserable. Needless to say, I moved my scripts over to Sav-On. Go any place but here."

"I came out to Jackson Hole, WY for a week and left a medication at home. A nice young man named Doug, took my info, transferred my prescription and had it immediately available upon my arrival. I can't say enough how professional and nice he was to seamlessly take care of me. Kudos to Doug and CVS!!! Thank you"

"Try calling them. You’ll talk to a robot for 10 minutes before getting a hold of anyone. I’d rather call AT&T. Anyways, I had a prescription called into this CVS and found it it would be $80 cheaper at Albertsons. So I asked them to transfer it. They never did. Called back 3 different days to remind them and it never happen. So then I just called the doctor and got them to send the prescription to Albertsons. Avoid this cvs. Save your mental wellness."
