Nope the dentist got us in and took care of all my sons work in one appointment. It was amazing. They treated us so well the entire time. I am definitely bring my two year old soon!! "I'm honestly questioning every dentist office and technician I've seen because this office was amazing. They were kind, accommodating, professional, and thorough. Dr. Cho was wonderfully communicative and gentle. Her assistant Jason was sweet and attentive. Cecily, the treatment presenter insurance person, explained everything to me and gave me payment plan options. And the receptionist, Nessie, was fast and courteous. Overall 10/10 staff and experience."
"I did not have a great experience the first time I went to BTY because my dentist had very poor bedside manner and care, but the second time I had Kelly and Dr Kim for a crown placement and they were very friendly, professional, and quick. All of the assistants and hygienists are great, it just matters how lucky you get with the dentist! But overall good work, just depends on the level of care."
"Dr. Lowe was amazing. Great at explaining what needs to be done and what options I have. She was very quick and knowledgeable! Bella was the dental assistant and she was great too! She was super helpful with insurance information and helping me decide what to budget for including pediatric dental work for my son. This office was super clean, kind and left me better than yesterday :) I would recommend them to anyone in search of a new Dentist!"
