"Horrible experience. Use any other company in Big Sky besides this one In 15 years of rentals, I have never had an experience this bad First night they said they couldn’t attach our snap on bindings because of liability when they said on the phones they could before we came up Finally got them out of the house at midnight and thought we were good to go. They gave me medium boots and large bindings. I took it in to the local snowboard shop and they said the bindings were “dangerously loose” Called black sky rentals out for the third time, and they “fixed” the DANGEROUSLY LOOSE bindings but checked them today and they gave me two Right Foot Bindings! I always leave 5 star reviews but this was so bad and this company is extremely disorganized and disheveled. The girl manager didn’t even know how to put on our bindings and was asking one of the employees if he knew how to do the bindings If you don’t want to get injured or die, go with any company besides black tie!"

"Great experience. Very easy and smooth getting equipment. I changed my mind on a helmet and they happily brought one too me a day after they delivered our gear. No problem. They also readily accept food left by renters and that is awesome help when checking out of a house with unused groceries.
