"What a great experience! It started with our driver Isaac who picked us up from our lodge and drove us out to where the sledding begins. Isaac was a wealth of knowledge about the area as well as fun things to do and places to stay and eat. We really appreciated his enthusiasm and input on our drive there. Once we arrived we had lunch and then met Barbara, our musher. She obviously loves what she does and loves her dogs tremendously. She was so kind and patient and made the experience so much fun. This was definitely one of the most fun experiences during our stay in Jackson Hole and I’d recommend it to others!"
"If I can give them a million stars I would!!! The pups deserve all the stars in the world! I will say that at some point, I was a bit worried if the pups loved this, if they are taken care of, if they are warm etc. But they LOVE this. They just wanted to go go go. And they definitely let us know because they were so vocal! This was a WONDERFUL experience. I was truly amazed at how the dogs are well trained and know all the commands! Our musher, Hannah, was so SWEET and taught us about how this works! We were asking a LOT of questions and they were answered knowledgeably. Thank you to Peacock for letting us meet her puppies! They were sooo cute! We asked if we could drive the sled, and she taught us how to “mush” the sled. Which I thought was very sweet of her and trusting of us to try. And that just made our experience AWESOME!!!! I can say that I’ve mushed a sled before!! Which is AWESOME!! The pups are controlled by the “lead dog(s)”, who receive verbal commands from Musher. “Gee" is the command for “right” “Haw" is the command for “left” “Woah" is the command for “stop". “Readyyy” Is the command for “start" Lunch: I was expecting some sandwiches or something cold and simple but Lunch was FANTASTIC! We went to a restaurant and had options to choose from. It was a nice warm lunch before the ride and was worth it adding lunch to the experience. We had the chilli and the acorn squash and non-alcoholic drinks were included. Alcoholic drinks have to be bought separately and aren’t included in the package. Transportation: We were picked up on time and I liked that they had transportation for us. We aren’t used to driving in these conditions so it was great to have the transportation option. An experience of a lifetime! Truly special and worth EVERY PENNY! If you’re thinking of doing this, JUST DO IT!!!"
"What an experience… from the moment we booked the tour operator kept in contact. Isaac transported us to the ranch, with his commentary entertaining and some wildlife pointed out, incl Bison, Moose, Elk. Upon arrival my Musher Brendan whisked me away to hold a 2week old puppy followed by meeting the dogs. Whilst Brendan set up I was able to pat as many dogs as I liked. The ride was so much fun and Brendan presented as someone who really luvs his job and especially the dogs. The lunch was yummy. Overall a great memorable experience I will never forget. All staff were so nice and guest safety a priority. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Thankyou"
"Beautiful day to play in the Grand Teton’s with these awesome dogs that were loving their job! Thank you to our musher Brady Smith and his sled team! Our driver Issac made the drive out fun sighting the great wildlife of buffalo, fox and a moose!"
"What an absolutely amazing experience. At first I wasn’t sure how I felt because the dogs do seem skinny and are living outside in the snow (they have warm dog houses), but once I met my guide and learned the ins and out of the operation I was amazed at how well taken care of and loved the dogs are. They were all so vocal and excited when they saw the sleds being hooked up. They LOVE their job and love to run. They were so happy and loved the attention we gave them! It was hard to leave and I wanted to take them all home. One word of caution: I was surprised how bumpy the ride was. Like VERY rough at the beginning. It smoothed our after the first few minutes, but if you have any orthopedic issues I do not advise this adventure. Otherwise would recommend this company to anyone thinking of dog sledding!"
