"Got in late one night and decided to check my bags instead of hauling to the hotel. Advised gentlemen at desk I would be by at 3 a.m. two days later to pick up items. I was told that was fine and given a receipt. Upon arriving at the airport to receive my things as scheduled, there is a sign now posted saying they do not open until 4. Called to inquire about discrepancy and was told that it was not their problem I was told I could pick up at 3. Man on phone was very rude. Boarding at 4:20, hope my luggage makes the flight."
