"Great place to orient yourself and learn about the places you're going to visit. People are really nice and extremely helpful and loaded with lots of information. Depending on the time of year (our visit was in late June), the area in & around the Anchorage Visitor's is quite vibrant with spectacular flowers, colors, eclectic sights, stores, people that truly enjoyable. Everything was well kept and orderly streets were clean and well maintained. Simply a delightful place to visit, I wish we had taken more time for this, there's lots to discover. Enjoy."

"Come inside, pull up a chair & chat... Dropped by randomly to check it out & the older lady behind the counter (Elizabeth) was super friendly; provided useful suggestions and answers for my questions. Interior decor is cozy though the entire structure is small. Nice place to pull up a chair & study some maps or pick out a few local event brochures. Loved the various paper currency displayed all along the cabin walls as a banner; fun to see where visitors have come from. No public restroom."

"There's two buildings. I'm not sure if each one is different. No parking for visitors. First center we have been to with no parking. Hours are wrong on site. It is open weekends and daily until 7pm which would have been nice to know day we arrived. No helpful city sign when enter Anchorage that points towards tourist info like other cities. Some help in there. But not as knowledgeable about the city and close areas as other centers were. Welcoming. Nice place overall also no bathrooms on site but if you ask they will show you nearest bathrooms."
