"Son of the renter. It’s an ok place. Needs a lot of work to get her back up to standard as far as the renovations go. Can hear every little thing going on in the kitchen/living room from the basement rooms. Not a fun sleeping arrangement=Not a fun stay. Maybe throw some more insulation in between the floors because it’s terrible."
