Reviews
"Poor communication and generally very unpleasant. Unhelpful when an order would not process. Ended up refusing service because I didn’t know the correct region to put on the online form."
"If I could rate 0 stars I would, but had to select 1 star to proceed with this review. I am a local in town and was trying to help some out of tiwners with a booking. Gentleman that answered is one of the most rude people I have ever dealt with and should not be working in customer service or be allowed to speak with customers. I will not be sending anyone else to them in the future and other people should look elsewhere"
"Unprofessional to the point of rude. Poor communication and generally unpleasant. There aren't many other options for transport around the park, but do yourself a favor and look elsewhere."
"This was wierd. Had never been to Yellowstone before, rented a car, but had to get a ride from the airport when we landed and when we left. The first experience was very nice. I called when we landed, payed over the phone, it was only like 20 bucks, and we got taken by a very nice lady to our hotel. She was very sweet and made some lovely recommendations for our stay. The return trip was a very different experience. I called a few hours before our flight, but the man on the phone, who sounded like the same man from before, was very hostile. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day, so I didn't say anything about the way he spoke, but when I said I was paying by card, he switched gears entirely, claiming there was a additional charge for not paying cash. I was suspicious, but accepted, as I didn't really have a choice and I never carry cash. Then, to my suprise, he said he 'would not be accepting my business,' and hung up on me. Thinking perhaps I had agitated him somehow, I had my daughter try to book a ride, which was also odd. He gave her an entirely different price, and when he noticed she shared a last name, he began cussing her out, denied us a ride, and accused us of trying to scam him like 'those Utah people.' Whatever that mean? We ended up just walking to the airport, but when we noticed how close the office was to our hotel, we tried to stop by, hoping we could just pay one of the drivers to take us. We were surprised to find the address was just an empty building! I'm not sure what this place is, but please don't use them, they must be running some sort of scam. Our walk ended up being nice, we had a good time, but I will admit after several days of hiking in the park, hauling our luggage down a couple of miles of highway was rather unpleasant, and left me a little frustrated."
"I called requesting transportation to the local airport. The dispatcher told me to wait out in front of my hotel and keep an eye out for a green minivan. Said the driver would be there in 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later, no one had showed up yet. I called again to ask if I was still waiting for the driver. The guy on the phone immediately became aggressive, told me that the driver had checked with the front desk and I was not there. No one had told me that I needed to check with the front desk, I was told to wait out in front. He repeatedly called me a liar and his voice was at practically yelling volume when I finally hung up. Absolutely terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. They obviously didn't want my money. If you need a taxi ride in West Yellowstone which actually knows what "customer service" means and offers better prices (at least they did at the time if this review - $20 for a ride to the airport from the hotel vs $10) I suggest you give a call to Road Runner. Their vehicles are actually marked and recognizable, and the driver was very polite and professional."
