"A wonderful way to be a tourist in your own town and learn about some recent Utah history. The tour was very engaging, well paced, and fun for all. The meals are spectacular and cocktails are top notch. Blue Sky is a stunning property. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and inviting. The Duck Pot Pie was worth the trip, if nothing else."

"The distillery is beautiful and the tour was a lot of fun. Slightly disappointing that even on the premium tour you need to pay for a tasting flight at the end. That should be included for the price like every other distillery tour in KY. They did have a nice selection of prior release bottles available to try. Obviously, wouldn’t mind paying extra for those but the standard high west products should be included in the tour. The distiller popped into our tour and spent about 10 extra minutes answering our questions which was great."

"We loved our visit here. The tour was great and the whisky tasting... the best. Such a beautiful location and really a beautiful place. Our only complaint was that we would have booked an earlier tour if we knew the kitchen closed so early. I definitely recommend going here."

"Great ambiance. Good food, service, live music. Dishes are served family style. Great selection of drinks of course, but you don’t have to order alcohol if you don’t want to. Accommodating towards vegetarians. They need to fix their tipping calculator. 20% was more than 20% of the bill."
