Reviews
"Absolutely the BEST. Magnificent food, great drinks, sparkling service. Oh, Manager Byron is a Gem too. Kimber and I wish we could eat here every night!"
"The manager, Byron, of the restaurant is incredibly rude and needs some sensitivity training. Every time we enter the restaurant, he "informs" us that the dress code has changed. This includes, on a winter evening, him telling you immediately (not 10 seconds after entering!) that hats are not allowed. He didn't ask to check your coat and hat, just insisted on being rude instead. I'm not sure what has happened to the customer service culture, but it seems to be long gone at Promontory. I would be ashamed to bring a friend or guest here if this is the resort treatment that they'll receive."
"One of my favorites."
"One of the best restaurants in PC. If a full member will bring you don't hesitate as Ben's creations are awesome"
"Foods are elegant. The best in park city area"
