"A fantastic whale watching trip with our small group! It is well worth it to take the smaller group tour rather than a boat with 50 people. Captain Luke was a great guide and provided a lot of information about the wildlife and the area. On the water for over 3 hours, we saw lots of whales and saw them breaching. We even heard their calls through the device on board the boat! We also saw stellar sea lions. Highly recommend Jayleen's!"

"Top notch company and excursion. Found from others on Facebook groups recommending them. Setup several months before our cruise. Directions and pick up were easy right at the port with just a 20-30 minute drive to the dock. We had captain Jim, who was funny & very knowledgeable of the area since living for years in the area year around. The boat (Island Girl) was fantastic with seats on the inside with views as well as an area outside with handles. Very little inhibited areas blocking your view. They supplied drinks (soda and water) and snacks. The tour didn't disappoint, plenty of whales and seals."

"Absolutely loved our day with Jayleens. From booking to the end of our day whale watching, her company was timely in response, very clear with directions on where to meet, fun commentary all day and of course, as promised, we saw whales. With the small group (6 max on boat), we were all comfortable and able to view the whales from every vantage point. The boat was like new and very clean and orderly. A day we won’t soon forget."

She's a native with all sorts of great info and stories about the area, and was every bit as enthusiastic about seeing whales as we were. "Wow! Just… wow. Amazing responsiveness and clarity through the booking process. Jayleen was SO kind and knowledgeable- we saw 10 different whales on our trip. Her boat is beautiful and clean and she thoughtfully provides snacks and waters. She is so knowledgeable of the area and the wildlife, and so great with kids. My two (8 and 6) were enthralled the entire time. She’s super easy going and easy to relate to- we spent most of the trip laughing. Cannot recommend her service enough, and will absolutely book another trip as soon as we are back in Juneau."
