"This is definitely the lower end of super eights which are not a five-star hotel we all know. The rooms are in bad need of some attention. It was cheap and I got what I paid for I guess. The hotel sits on a hill and the back parking lot you can hear people starting their engines at all hours of the night and some jackass kept revving his engine for over an hour making it very difficult to sleep but the front desk staff were very nice. Normally super eights have the waffle maker for breakfast but this location does not have that FYI and it also does not have a hot tub or pool like a lot of the super Eights."
"I want to start off by saying the staff is very accommodating and so so kind. Our TV wasn’t working when we got to the room and they made sure they got everything working before they left our room. The building and room itself needs some work. The carpets were not vacuumed, the bathroom was dirty. There was still a dirty towel hanging behind the door. The beds are very worn and really need to be replaced. The heater/AC in the room was not working properly. The heat is either on full blast or the unit had to be turned off. When we initially walked into our room it was a stifling 90 degrees. Because it was not bearable to leave the heat on through the night, there were some very cold nights. Would have been nice to have more than two bedsheets on the bed. There was no hot (or even warm) water in the shower or sink. After ice fishing all day, having to take a cold shower was torture. Again, the staff is here SO KIND! They greeted us every time we came in and left. But this building needs some major improvements."
"Hung up three times. Management did not want to speak and let the front desk just ignore my question. Assume I was another customer and hung up. Then threatened me to get the cops called because I called for a question of the names of the people who handled my money and was misinformed. So rude. I’m exhausted from traveling and I am disgusted abd sad to be treated this way on the phone."
"The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The room was clean, and it's in a decent neighborhood if you wish to walk around. The wild horse canyon is about a mile away and worth the trip through. My only concern was that the top lock on the door was broken. There were quite a few guests, but it was still relatively quiet, which was nice."
"Hotel staff was very nice, very accommodating. The room was unclean, smelled like motor oil, and was very tiny for the price paid. The floors had stains, the walls were drawn on, and the bathrooms had mold. When we asked for extra pillows for my grandfather with arthritis, we were told they only had one. The room was unstocked, and we needed to ask for tissues and toilet paper. If we weren't over 500 miles away from home, we would have driven through the night."
