"Good food and a nice addition to the square.. However I'm a local in Jackson and I've been there 6 or 7 times , every single timebthe music has been way too loud and the kind of music you would expect to hear in a club... It feels like the employees just get to pick whatever they want and put it on. Nothing wrong with that if it's not loud-of course. Unless it's truly obnoxious music. I would love to be able to go in there as a local and work on my computer and be in a cool spot with good food but the music is literally too loud and disturbing to enjoy.. Just turn it down so it doesn't feel like you're supposed to be dancing not eating- I did ask an employee one time to turn it down and they did, but if you feel like you have to do that every time you go there that's just not good. MANAGEMENT: If there's anyone you want to impress its locals because they will pass on recommendations to the many tourists that we all inevitably meet every day.. I am a tour guide and I probably take upwards of 75 people per week into the greater Yellowstone ecosystem.... And they ( nearly )always ask me where to eat-!! Also... it might actually also be a distraction for a lot of people walking in who just want to have a decent place to have lunch... They might walk back out before they even come in for the food if the place only has two full tables and the music is loud , it might make people think twice that something is wrong with the place- And there's probably nothing easier to fix in an otherwise decent restaurant than turning the music down-!!"
"How does elk taste I asked? Employee: “Good” … hahah Although I wasn’t adventurous to try the elk this time they do have elk tacos if you are interested! I got the green chili chicken and birria tacos and they DELICIOUS!! Living in NYC, I’ve had plenty of tacos in my life but this Jackson Hole spot beats a lot of spots I’ve been to in the past! They also feature a bunch of local beer and ciders. I can eat at least two more tacos!!!!"
"I attended at 3pm and learned it was happy hour from 3-5pm. I ordered 3 tacos (asada & brisket), chips and guac, and a pineapple margarita. The meat was unseasoned and dependent on the toppings and salsa for flavor. I would not return for the fact that the tacos were average and $6 each, $18 for 3. Luckily the margarita and chips & guac were 1/2 off for happy hour. The margarita was good and felt a slight buzz after it. The food was fresh and hott. My bill for one person during happy hour was $32 ($45 if it was normal hours). I’d rather head to an actual sit down restaurant for this price point and for more authentic cuisine."
"Finished a winter hike In the park and just wanted a great taco. This place delivers extraordinarily well. Try the Braised pork shoulder taco - the Spice is perfect! Yeah, I know. The picture was taken after I ate everything."
"I love this place!! The vegan options are outstanding! I got the veggie burrito with no queso to make it vegan! It was so good. The chips and salsa and guacamole are excellent! Will be dining her often!"
