"My wife and I are from Florida and last week joined a group of Minnesota friends for riding sleds in the Dubois area. Joel, Dan, Amy, and Bailey were all superb in handling my calls to rent sleds. Their follow-up was outstanding since the type of sleds we initially rented needed to be changed. Each of them was most helpful and responsive and were very flexible in making an accommodation or two for us to facilitate our riding with the eight others. Love the dogs hanging out too! I did not get the name of one of the mechanics who advised me on downloading the Wyoming 511 app to assist us with getting back to Jackson after two feet of snow dumped on us the night before we left, but he was great also. Highly recommend the app as a tool to keep up with real-time road conditions. Our group also rented the Big Diamond Ranch home for our week visit, which was fantastic. Awesome for our group of 10. "Excellent experience from beginning to end. The unique aspect of Joel's business model is that customer service is not a catchphrase. They were exceedingly accommodating as one of the riders in the group was injured and could not ride one day. It would be well within their right to charge us for that day. Joel and staff were understanding and treated us right. Unlike most rental places, the post-rental checkout review of the sled did not feel like an IRS audit. Finally, the two best shop dogs around; they will play fetch with anyone."

"Very nice secluded camp site. A short drive up in elevation opens into a wonderful view. The camp site was clean and ready. Owner Joel personally handled our check in and answered all our questions. The site had electrical hookups and I was relieved to finally have a very strong wifi connection. Joel was over the top good to us, we asked about his operation and he explained what his business was like, what it was like living there year round and explained much of the interesting local history of this mountain community. Once our camp was set up we couldn't go anywhere so he offered his personal vehicle to us so we could drive the short distance to a nearby restaurant. The restaurant is amazing and will have its own review. If you need a great place to stay contact Joel and you'll find out what I'm so stoked about."

"We had the most amazing off road tour with Joel and Union Pass Rentals! The scenery was absolutely beautiful - we saw the Grand Tetons, crossed the Continental Divide and drove through a couple of national parks! Our young adult children and we absolutely loved the experience! It was a complete highlight of our trip to Wyoming - definitely a must do when you are here!"
