"On Friday, I visited the store to browse and check prices on various items. Throughout the process, I was candid with Robert regarding our intention to simply look around, and I was pleased that he did not pressure us into making any purchases. I returned on Sunday with my husband, and after thoughtful consideration, we decided to buy a set for both the living room and kitchen. Robert was extremely helpful, responding to all of our inquiries and even taking the time to measure the furniture to ensure it would fit in our home. We are grateful for the space he allowed us when discussing our options and his attentiveness when we required assistance."

"Super helpful and friendly staff, they answered all of our questions and let us browse around the store peacefully until we chose the items we wanted to buy. We have now purchased a living room set, a mattress, and a dining room table set. The furniture is quality, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back when we need new furniture."

"I purchased a bed here about 10 years ago. They were great then & are great now! Excellent customer service both times. I went in to buy a couch for my new apartment. Earl met me at the door & asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. He showed me all several options, exactly what I had in mind! I then proceeded to sit on every couch in the store, just in case. Earl answered all my questions & gave me space to check everything out at my own pace & felt no pressure. I ended up with a lovely couch & would highly recommend coming here & asking for Earl."

"Me and my significant other just spent around $15,000 at this store and bought the warranty for everything. It took about a month for us to get our furniture delivered. After two weeks one of the office chairs we ordered completely broke at the stem coming up from the base. The chair hangs backwards and to the side and has no support at all. It feels like you’re on a roller coaster going up a hill. We both work at home office jobs and because of this chair being broken, I staggered my work hours by 8 hours. We only have one chair and I didn’t want to purchase another because we were told the chair was waiting on a replacement part and will be fixed soon. It’s now been almost 4 months and the chair is still broken and we are getting no progress on the chair being fixed. We asked for a refund and they refuse because we’ve had the chair for over a week before it broke. The chair was around $1000. Apparently the part is being shipped “overseas”. I just ordered something from Japan the other day and it arrived in a weeks time… This feels like we will never get the chair fixed and I’m EXTREMELY dissatisfied by the store and how this is being handled. I also feel like I’m being lied to every time I hear back from the store about why it’s taking so long. If you want good customer service, avoid this store. Imagine buying the expensive warranty and the store not honoring it. This is exactly what is happening."

"We have purchased most of our furniture at Ashley’s furniture store over the past few years and they have always been great to work with. Most recently we purchased a dining table and a couch and we love them! We opted for delivery and it worked out super great and they were quick with set up. In store we worked with Jay a few times and he has always been kind, professional, and helpful. He always gives us plenty of time to look and checks in with us at the right times. We will continue to buy our furniture from them!"
