"I would give them no stars if I could. DO NOT RENT FROM GRAND RENTAL! I made arrangements for a skid loader several days in advance, asking for a specific piece of machinery (three times). They delivered the wrong one. To their credit, they exchanged it (while I paid my operator). The one the exchanged ran hot. Since they were closed (it was Saturday afternoon), we stopped every 20 minutes to cool it down (that took about twenty minutes every time) - while I paid my operator. When I went in this morning to explain the situation, Nick's reply was "It was Ninety degrees" and ""No-one else has complained." Interestingly, there was a skid loader operating right next door being run much harder that never ran hot! The radiator was full of dirt, which we washed out, although that didn't solve the problem. Radiator was full of fluid. Obviously the water pump has gone out. Equipment poorly maintained. Totally unwilling to give some compensation for faulty equipment and a sorry, very unprofessional attitude. Go to Valley Lumber and Rental if you need to rent equipment. They maintain their equipment and stand behind it! And their staff is much more professional."

"Move on down the road. Another local company that wants you to pay their credit card bill for them. Charges a 3% fee if you use your credit card, which most contractors do. Very inconsistent and very unprofessional employees. It is a scam and very greedy to ask a customer who chose to do business with you, to pay your credit card bills. If you are as sick of these type of people, as I am, boycott them and shop with a more professional business establishment. I have never been charged a fee at Valley Lumber, have you?"
