"Shop closed for season, but you can still get gas. Workers inside wouldn’t answer their locked door. They disconnected the air hose too. Motorists have needs. Keep the shop open until Nov 1st when the hotels close. SMH."

"Worst!! The girl behind the register was super rude. We took our trip in July and I still can't stop thinking about how rude she was. I walked up to the register she looked at me rolled her eyes and decided to go stalk the shelves. I was like hello?! I just wanted to buy ice?! Interaction was horrible once she actually decided to help me and she continued attitude towards me and to another customer. Glad I didn't waste my money on gas there."

"If you’re having anything wrong with your vehicle that can wait until you’re out of the park, I would do that rather than go to this service center. My tire was leaking air and they looked around it, claimed it was cracked, and then I drove off. After having another mechanic outside of the park look at it he saw a nail in the tire. The shop is run by people in their early 20’s. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable."

"These guys were knowledgeable and fast and amazing!! My heater went out in the pouring rain and they fixed it! Fixed my parents flat tire super fast too! It’s so nice to have a spot you can trust when you are in the middle of no where!!"

"We had a battery that wouldn't hold a charge. The mechanic was so friendly and helpful. He even came into the parking lot and changed the battery out for us. We were lucky they had one to fit our truck. After he changed the battery our truck started. After the mechanic and my husband went back to the shop our truck died again. The mechanic came back over and was able to restart the truck after a few trys. He explained that sometimes vehicles that aren't use to high elevation take a little to adjust. Told us to let it run for a little then turn off and restart. I was very pleased with the service. Hope to never break down in Yellowstone again, but if we do then I know we will be well taken care of."
