"The lady who I presume is the manager is one of the most unapologetically rude and racist individuals I have had to deal with. My s/o had to use the restroom, and the door to the restroom, and the convenience store itself were open. So she ended up using it (with the intention to even purchase something as they requested), immediately as my s/o walks out, she is verbally attacked by this woman and is attacked on the basis of her race. Maybe lock your doors when you are closed up for the day instead of leaving them wide open. There are several other gas stations and stops near by. I would recommend anyone go to any of the other ones within the vicinity. Edit: I also realized they are upcharging their fuel prices compared to everyone else in town."
"My son didn't use the restroom as advised before we left Yellowstone National Park and waited until we were in a store in West Yellowstone that didn't have a restroom to tell me how bad he had to go. I walked down the street and found this Chevron and politely asked if they had a restroom. He explained that it was for customers only. This is an extremely reasonable policy. West Yellowstone is a tourist town and the thousands of tourists would absolutely exploit a free restroom. He was very kind and I bought an awesome souvenir for a reasonable price. Most of the people complaining in the comments want something for nothing. They seem happy to pay the exorbitant prices inside the national park but balk at supporting locals in this tiny Montana town."
"Horrible, you had to spend money to use the restroom which we did by the way. We got gas and they said that they were not apart of the gas station but are still changing the trash. They are lazy and donโt want to clean. Fire them."
"Nothing against the gas we got but the business that was attached was not very friendly. Myself and one of my kids needed to use a restroom but we couldn't because we weren't customers of the store. Luckily we found a restroom close by but the service was far from friendly and professional."
"HORRIBLE TERRIBLE! They own two gas stations near each other and literally half the pumps are "out of order"... Unfortunately the pump we attempted to use captured our credit card and wouldn't let us pump gas OR remove our card! The owners knew about the issue and said to "push it in more" but that didn't work so the next thing they said was to "wait" until it eventually unlocked it!!!! I wonder of Chevron is aware of this?"
