"0 stars. I never went to this facility. But somehow they got a copy of my medical bill from Community, copied it, sent me their own fake bill and proceeded to steal $1000 of my hard earned money. Disguising themselves as a "collections agency. "This is a medical billing scam 10000% Disgusted with this happening to me. I'm a single mom with one income and to be scammed like this was disturbing."

"Went into the ER. All billing was supposed to go to the VA. It did but from Community Hospital ER. Physicians Billing charged me directly for the same amount. Double billed for being an Army Vet. These guys are a medical scam just the same as the one in Kalispell."

"Horrible billing practice, the medical center bills separately from the physicians and for whatever reason the physicians send you to collections after 1 or 0 notices. I didn't know I had another bill other than the medical center's until it was too late and I was sent to collections. Guess what? They're charging me $520 for no more than a 5 minute conversation and I received nothing in way of medication or medical supplies for my issue. I thought I tore my meniscus and they said I just strained my leg muscles, told me to buy a knee brace from CVS/Walmart and I left. Now I have to deal with collections. My total bill is around $700. $700 to wait in the lobby for 2 hrs and then get a 5 minute conversation where I was told to buy a knee brace from CVS. Never dealing with this place ever again. Hospitals are thieves and whoever is in charge of sending to collections is a moronic brute."

"We received good care from the physician we saw in the ED, but the BILLING NIGHTMARE trumps all of that. We NEVER received a bill and were told our address was "blocked" when we called the billing service used by this group. Blocked?! What does that even mean? We live in a neighborhood with mailboxes and routinely receive mail via USPS as well as other shipping services. So, now we are dealing with the collections process for a bill we would have happily paid immediately, had we received it. FYI, it's 2021 so if you supposedly can't reach me via mail, feel free to call, email, text, or look me up on any number of social media platforms :/ Morale of this story: next time we go to St. Pats."

"4 Reviews all 1 star and here’s another one, we all can’t be wrong! My wife just had a collections account added to her credit because of these scam artists with MD’s. This bill was paid, we have the records and they still sent us to collections with no notice. We are in the process of buying a house, I’m sure this Doctor’s office is going to be elated once I file a lawsuit for actual damages. Get it fixed ASAP or you get to deal with the consequences."
