"Requested seeing Dr. Joyce. The problem is that the front staff is rude and ignorant, but implies that they are well versed on medical information when they are not. I was told to see P.A. Julie Conti first. I did. She was equally quite rude. So I am being redirected elsewhere after she saw proof of my injury in imaging. Still haven't seen a doctor. There is a real training issue at this office that is not being dealt with. To be clear this is not a reflection Dr. Joyce but the office staff and one arrogant P.A. that has an additude issue, which is the first people you have to deal with that are a poor representation of Logan Healthcare that has been outstanding overall. A corrective action is needed immediately with these support staffing. It is very sad and disheartening."

"Well I had surgery on August 8th and my surgeon was Dr. Bailey. He did a horrible job and he drilled 2, 4 inch screws into my joints. I have to have surgery again. I have had this feeling that something is going wild moving going 100 mph. I have swelling that's the same as when I got my cast off. The pain is horrific. I'm in tears daily. My insurance is not happy. I'm hoping they will not let him do this to someone else."

"Rude front desk ladies act like I'm not supposed to be there because of how I look. They ask me so many questions (which other people don't get asked) even though I have been there a bunch since having 2 surgeries. The doctor spends 5 minutes with me telling me everything looks fine on my xrays even though it doesn't feel ok. They double book every appointment slot and I am always early yet wait 20 to 30 minutes after my appointment time. I had xrays somewhere else so there was literally no reason to attend my last appointment because they just want other places to handle my recovery anyway (PT, primary care and pain management). If you don't have a huge fake smile on you are not welcome here. I have 2 surgeons from here, 2 assistants and it is a huge mess. I broke both shoulders at once and the surgeries were almost 2 weeks apart for no reason except they are "so busy". Hard to accept when they spend no time with patients."

"Fantastic staff and wonderful doctors. They get you in and out. My son had a fractured wrist from falling on ice and they have been nothing short of fantastic. We had to reschedule because he was sick one day, they got him in soon after. Great people! Highly recommend"
