"I saw Dr. Rebecca a month ago. I am in a wheelchair & can't walk more than about 50 feet. She was sure she could help me I talked to my insurance and got the authorization for treatment. I was schuldle for July 25th, 2023 at 7:45 AM. I got to Surgery PLUS at St v's For my injections. They told me they had been canceled. NO REASON WAS GIVEN. IVE BEEN WITH THIS PREBLEM FOR 39 YEARS. SHE BASICLY PROMISED ME THAT SHE COULD REALLY HELP ME I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY SHE CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHY ? SHE WAS MY LAST HOME SOMEONE KNOWS WHY, PLEASE TELL ME. THANK YOU & GOD BLESS."

"the front desk clerks were polite, it was clean and nice. the nurse who took us into exam room was unkempt, and unprofessional and she misled us regarding our records. the doctor only came in to TALK AT US instead of performing an exam or obtaining personalized information related to our visit. he had no medical history to refer to and when questioned he became argumentative but continued talking. negligent."

"Update 4/9/21:: Reached out to St Vincent patient representative, John Northrum(sp?)- He provided top-notch service from day one and got the ball rolling on my appeal to get it approved. Because of him, I was able to get my stimulator trial done today. Thank you John I am eternally grateful.. Once John got the ball rolling with the Neuroscience staff, they were diligent in filing the appeals necessary to get me my stimulator. Everyone in the office has been very professional. A much better experience than last time. Because of all things considered, I am going to increase the star rating of my experience with the Neuroscience team to 3 stars. If I could give this no stars I would. Very disappointed and unhappy with dr. Goodman's team.Reception is cold by some with a noted Lack of compassion and understanding for what the patient is going through. Incomplete filing of pre-authorization claims ; causing insurance denial and then slow response to appeal.They did not even start to appeal until after I called and complained literally 4 days prior to the procedure, When they knew about the denial and need to appeal a week prior. The PA in the office expected me to call the insurance company to find out how to appeal, when in fact it should be the doctor's office responsibility to do that, not the patients. So now due to their irresponsibility, my procedure is canceled indefinitely and I sit here in severe pain. Irresponsible and unprofessional."

"Always have had a great experience here EVERY TIME until today when I called, I got the rudest lady on the phone, wish I would have gotten her name. Very unhelpful, short, like I was an inconvenience to her. Called back to try to get her name, was on hold too long, wonder if she saw it was me calling and didn’t answer. To the rest of the staff you all are incredible, to the rude lady today, you don’t know what the other person is going through, be compassionate"
