"I purchased a viper mig welder from Central welding supply in Wasilla I have had Inconsistent welding quality with it after 7 months a circuit board went out after 3 to 4 weeks they were able to fix it it was under warranty they then told me that there would be no other parts available for this unit as the manufacture was stocking no other circuit boards I purchased it with a one-year warranty I also ask at the time I purchased it if there would be parts available into the future at this time I ask the employees what they could do about this and I was told nothing I told them that was not OK that I had bought this with a warranty and was told parts would be available in the future I was then connected to the manager of the store and he told me he would give me $400 for this unit back and should never come back to their store ever again I thought this to be very unprofessional when all I was really looking for was them to offer a partial refund if I purchased another welder of better quality different manufacture"
