"I was greeted when I came in, and staff was attentive while I was looking. But...when I selected a sale toy and a few other items, I was upsold to another toy that cost nearly $100 more than my first choice. As it had fewer functions than my first choice, I assumed the price would be about the same. I didn't ask the price, and it wasn't offered. I understand an upsale, but from $67 to $161? That was too much without being told. I will be back, but I will say no to any upsale again. Please reign in $100 upsale on one single item."

"**IM SPEAKING ON THEIR LINGERIE ITEMS EXCLUSIVELY** Castle has stepped their game up a bit I have found over the past year maybe year and a half or so. Better deals for a tad bit higher quality items than the sets I used to get for like $60 that would last one steamy session before practically ripping apart. Now, that’s not to say that things like that aren’t still very easily found there if you aren’t mindful when you’re browsing, but you’d be hard pressed to find any affordably priced sex shop not carrying at least SOME cheap items. Staff didn’t hover too much when I said no thank you when they asked if I needed assistance and allowed me to browse and take my time unlike the times I went previously to my 1-2 years hiatus. Still kept asking me if I needed them to take my items to the front to free up my hands far too many times in a way that leaves you feeling like they are doing so less for your convenience and more so because they are scared you’re gonna steal something. Otherwise, why would they ask so relentlessly and leave me feeling so awkward whenever I said “no thank you I need the other items to compare before I pick what I want to bring to checkout.” Love their 5 for $20 (4 for $20 for plus size undies though don’t quote me on it) underwear table when I catch it at the right time. Would be cool if more of the smalls and mediums were ordered to accommodate for the higher demand that is evident by my struggle to find my size in an otherwise entire table covered in layers of undies unless I’m lucky and get there soon after they restock the panty table. That’s just a picky suggestion in case they want to make a small and easy change in order to refrain from missing potential sales in the future. All in all, I would recommend checking castle out. The staff is super kind and accommodating and I know that in the small grievances I have that it’s not coming from them personally and is more a directive from their boss because every employee does the thing that I just explained so it must be a policy of sorts!"
