"Wanna give this place 2.5 stars because half was good half was bad. I asked the woman to help me figure out my growing child’s shoe size and to find her a pair of shoes. She just nodded her head as if to point, and grunted “it’s down dur!” She seemed too stupid so I didn’t ask her again and went and found another person. This guy was very helpful and kind, he measured my child’s feet appropriately and helped us find some shoes. The shoes she wanted wasn’t in the store but he helped us order them online and they came in two days! So kind of awesome, but kind of lame."

"The employees are always super nice and helpful and seem to know what they have and what they don't. They have a large selection and it's where we get our kids new shoes but that's mainly because there isn't anywhere else to go and not because I want to. Everytime I have gone into a famous footwear anywhere ( all of them from wasilla to anchorage) it is always super messy, none of the display shoes are near the boxes containing the displays and then after you've finally found the shoes you're looking for it's really hard to get to the right size because everything is just thrown into the shelves and stacked as high as it possibly can in isles that are WAY to close together. It makes maneuvering piles of boxes around trying to dig out the ones you want and trying on different sizes extremely difficult and frustrating ESPECIALLY WHEN THE STORE HAS MORE THAN HANDFUL OF PEOPLE IN IT! It makes it a million times worse when someone decides to walk through the isle you're in! If someone else is in an isle... Wait for them to be done! To many people just come barreling through and literally have to brush up against you and if you are looking at the shoes or trying a pair on or anything that makes you not look at who's coming or going a lot of people will just push past you without saying anything."
