"He’s such a scammer, I returned my husbands suit with everything he rented and then the guy calls me and says we stole his vest and returned a vest that’s not his, like what?? Why would we steal the vest, after we got married my husband took off the suit and put it back in the bag and I returned it how it was. And this guy just over here wanting more money or something smh. Shame on you!!!"

"Terrible customer service. Stopped by since I was in Anchorage to try on a tuxedo vest to see how it would fit. Explained to the gentleman that all i needed was to see how the best fit. He said I know your size it will be fine come back later. I explained that my wife would like to see how it fit. You come back later. I told him no, I live in the Valley and don’t want to drive 120 miles round trip. He gave my a vest 2 sizes to big to try on. I explained to again I just wanted to see how my size vest would fit. He said I know your size it will be fine. He lost my business."

"This place is great. Excellent customer service from David. He took extra time to make sure my Son had exactly what he wanted for his upcoming wedding and David made sure it fit him perfectly. My Son is a hard to fit bigger size man and this place has everything he needed and with a comfortable fit. I highly recommend this place for excellent service, selection and easy shopping experience. Thank you David..!!"

"I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. Terrible customer service. I went in and picked out colors for my husbands tux and paid $150, which is the amount charged for a grooms tux. When my husband went in they also charged him $150. We paid $300 to rent a tux for ONE day. When I went in WITH MY RECEIPT they assured me that there was no way I paid $150 twice. There was no record of my transaction and I walked away a ripped off customer after they told me to leave their store. On a side note - the rest of the wedding party (three groomsmen) received their tuxes on the day of my wedding with mismatched and missing buttons. I will never nor will I ever recommend such a poor functioning shady establishment to anyone. Especially when it is in regards to one of the happiest days of someone's life."

"I had the privilege to work with Grace. I needed everything including shoes at a reasonable price and here in Alaska. I didn’t want to order suits; I wanted 12 suits in Alaska, fitted to 12 men and ready to go within a week. It happened; Grace called up until the very day to make sure that I’ve contacted whoever didn’t get fitted. I had a million other things to get done and I needed one person to ensure or help me make sure that all 12 men were fitted and ready to go. Thank you to Dimond Tuxedo, I will use them again and recommend them to others."
