"I'm not sure what to say except THANK GOODNESS!! I found a way to food prep without trying to figure it out on my own. I've been trying to get healthy and going to the gym isn't a problem but food prepping for myself is. Macros and figuring out the right measurements just isn't my thing. I ordered the 21 meal plan for weight loss and paid a small fee to make it Keto friendly. I am very happy with the packages I got. I was very afraid there would be some hidden grain or rice. Definitely not. This company knows what to put together!! I'm pretty happy I found this company. I don't know the owners, I just heard about them through word of mouth and they make ordering online very easy.
