Reviews of Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Missoula
"They worked with us until we got a great deal. Walked out with the payment we wanted on an amazing vehicle. Worked with Tyler 10 months later and I was very pleased. He came in with a great deal and left no stone unturned. They have continued to earn my business in the future."
"I purchased a 2019 ram 1500. On my first trip in the vehicle, there was a problem with the four-wheel-drive. And I had great difficulty getting the truck back from the Lithia service shop as many of the people I spoke to were unable to provide any information and failed to return my calls, emails, texts. However, one of the people in the service department, Justin, took over the work on my truck and expedited the repair. His customer service was top notch from the beginning. He prioritized letting me know when there were development/delays on my truck. And made me feel like someone was actually doing something to fix my vehicle. Overall, I am still the satisfied with the service I received up until Justin took over. But that should not be a reflection of Justin’s work. He did a phenomenal job."
"We bought a used diesel 2021 Jeep Wranger (not from this dealership). At 35,249 miles the high pressure fuel pump failed going 70 mph. Fortunately we were not injured and were able to get to a safe place while the tow truck came. There had been an open recall on this fuel pump that hadn’t had a remedy when ours failed. We have been in a 6 month nightmare waiting for recall parts and work to be completed. Buyer BEWARE. Personally I would not buy any used Jeep /Chrysler product that has an open recall on the high pressure fuel pump unless you have proof that it has been replaced with the newest recall replacement part. The failed fuel pump did catastrophic damage. As this dealership is the only one near us, they did the diagnostic and ordered the numerous recall parts needed in our situation taking about three months with the “strike”. Once all the parts came in we towed our Jeep to them. As they never had done a repair like ours before, we were advised it might take a little longer.. In my mind I was thinking maybe a couple of weeks. Long story short, it took almost two months to finally have the recall repair completed. While I understand it was a complicated repair, I am giving one star due to their lack of communication during this process. As a customer, I would have to call or send an email as to the status of the repair. Communication was never instigated by the service department. Much of the time I was just told that they were still working on it, or they needed more or different parts. One time I was told the technician had been working on our vehicle but was put on another job. I am asking the GM to take my complaint seriously and make changes. Until changes are made I wouldn’t use this dealership unless you don’t have another option. If you do have to use them, stay on top of what they are doing to make sure your job is completed in a reasonable amount of time."
"My wife and I have purchased from lithia in the past... It worked but never was a great experience... Yesterday we stopped in there to look for a vehicle for her... We got a seasoned sales person... And it went from bad to worse, we were lied to, misled, and as I let the salesman know that I was not happy with him not being straightforward with us, he literally told me that I needed to remove my stupid glasses! And told me that we wouldn't find a better deal! We collected our things and headed out to prove him wrong... In 2 hour we were in a nicer and newer vehicle for less! Thanks to Missoula Nissan and their amazing staff! Lithia has lost my business for life and I will be sure to spread the word! Thank you Missoula Nissan for your amazing service, you really saved a bad day! The attached picture is of the amazing vehicle we were able to purchase at Missoula Nissan!"
"It has been a very frustrating journey in utilizing the service of Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Missoula. For the third time, I'm taking my 2022 Ram 3500 Limited Longhorn to check for leaks in the roof lights and sunroof. The first time I took my truck was in August 2023, when I identified the problem, I reported it and explained the situation, after two days they got back to me informing me that they had found the problem, the light seal was faulty and they would replace the five lights , however in their words "They ordered the part and had no idea when they would receive it" about the sunroof it was out of adjustment, according to them they made the adjustments and tested it and everything was ok. The moment I got on the road, just by the amount of air that was entering the car (with the sunroof closed), it was clear that the problem had not been resolved. The first time it rained, water started to enter the truck, I decided to wait until the lights were changed to address the problem. After waiting 5 months, without any response from Lithia, I decided to get in touch, to my surprise the pieces were at Lithia for more than three weeks. Therefore, we made an appointment for the exchange, but they only have an agenda for one month ahead. After a month of waiting, I left and took the truck to Lithia, to my surprise, when I got there my appointment was not on the agenda. According to them, they did the favor of keeping my car and trying to fit the date, but I left the dealership without information when I would have my truck back. Ah, at that moment I informed that the ceiling adjustment was not effective, I told them that I would check again. After two days without a response, I got in touch to check when I would be able to pick it up, the car was ready, but no one told me. I took the truck, they informed me that they found the problem with the sunroof, tested it and everything was perfect, as well as changing the light bulbs. The moment I entered the road, I could once again feel and hear the air intake, worse than before. At that moment it became clear that the leak would appear again. As a test, I washed the truck, the leak from the sunroof was worse than before and the leak from the roof lights was also happening. I called Lithia again, I only got an appointment for 20 days from now. At this point, considering that every time I take a truck to Lithia the problem increases, I'm not sure if they actually worked on my car. I don't know what type of test they perform or are performed, but what I can say is that it is not effective. Anyone who gets into a car and feels and hears the wind coming in concludes that the roof is going to leak with water. Visually, looking at the sunroof from above, the misalignment is visible. I'm impressed by how easily they ask to send the car again to check the matter, as if it were the first time, without even trying to understand that my truck is my work tool and I can't be without it or with the limitation of getting into water. inside the car. I've always had a car with a sunroof, I've never had this type of incident and cars are much cheaper than my Ram, we're talking about a 95k truck. For now, my recommendation would be, don't buy RAM and if you have the option, don't take your car to a Lithia service. As it is the only dealership in the region where I am located, the option is to change car brand and go back to Ford. Very frustrating...."
