"I've been trying to think of the best way to express my gratitude to this absolutely amazing therapist. Our session today was pure magic in so many ways. I will just share one from today. I scheduled with a healing professional and I was stressed about it. It felt like the wrong decision because it was going to make the work/personal lines blurry for me.
