We were able to get a technician in to look at our old furnace the very day we found out about the problem. Sadly it was old enough there weren't a lot of options but they were able to get a new furnace installed in the same week. It snowed the very night we got our new furnace, their speedy installation likely saved our pipes from freezing!"
