"Liked em at first but its been 5 months now and i can't get my rpod back. I don't know how im going to make my trip. I keep getting promised its gonna be ready but i was supposed to leave over a week ago and still no rpod. Think they'll give me the money for 3 weeks in a hotel since they can't seem to get their act together? Probably not."
"I called 3 weeks ago, 3 times to ask if parts for my RV had come in. Simple question. The only option given me was to leave a number for a call back. They still haven’t returned my call but they did text my husband yesterday that half the parts were in and to “call “ to schedule a time to bring the RV in for service. Ha!!"
"I recently purchased a Class C RV from Bretz. I’m from out of town and from the moment I called, I felt like I was in good hands. You kind of brace yourself when dealing with a dealer, I always dread it and I never felt pushed or stressed during the whole process! Ask for Scott! He is the best! He made the process so smooth and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, he knows his stuff! This was the easiest dealership I’ve ever worked with, Scott and Oz were awesome! 10/10 would recommend for all of your RV and Marine needs!"
"I had an issue with my camper slide out not working. Called Bretz in Missoula and spoke with Laneice. She worked with me to set me up with Tom in service. Tom was outstanding! Best service I could ask for. She was responsive and assisted us in the process of getting the slide out fixed. He went the extra mile when it was discovered that the propane tank out and the fridge quit working. Tom helped us out and us an outstanding service tech! I also want to add that Todd Green was fantastic to work with on our purchase of a new camper as well. He has worked with us twice and we will be back to buy our retirement camper from Todd in few years!"
"Wow! Without question the worst service I have ever experienced. Bought a new motor home. Found several issues before we even left the lot and over 40 issues since we’ve taken delivery. Nothing has been fixed. I have emailed several times and I get no response. They won’t even put me on their schedule. Save yourself a lot of heartache, buy from someone else. In their purchase agreement it says they are responsible for NOTHING. BELIEVE IT!!! Once they have your money, you are nothing to them. Scott the salesman is a descent guy but beyond that, every part of this purchase has been an absolute nightmare. The director of customer experience left 1 message "Sorry you're unhappy, how can I help" Get Bretz to honor their commitment to correct all the issue. Too bad someone from the service department did call to schedule. Oh sorry, that would mean you would have to actually do something. That's not going to happen."
