"I scheduled an appointment online with them, we had never been here before, to get my daughters phone repaired. I arrived a little early but they were able to get me in right away. They performed thorough pre-tests (and post-tests) on the phone to ensure everything, besides the severely cracked screen, was in working order. They told me it would take about an hour but would call if they finished it sooner and within about a half hour it was fixed! We will definitely be going back for any future repairs. Thanks for your excellent work and customer service, you guys are amazing!"

"I broke my phone a few months back and had them repair it. I'd been having cell service issues ever since. Luckily I rebroke my phone and took it in to a different place and the worker asked if I had been having service issues. Apparently the people at We Fix It Phone Repair accidentally cut a cord and simply placed the ends together so it would sort of connect, resulting in my shoddy cell service. Also, I was complaining about the glue they used to hold the phone together--because it kept falling apart--to which the man at the other store said no glue had been used in the previous repair. To top it all off, We Fix It charged me fifty dollars more than the other shop. Highly disappointed. Also, the other place I went to took two hours to fix my phone. We fix it took two days."

"I broke my Galaxy S21 Ultra screen several days ago, and after a day of sorting through reviews and options, decided to schedule an appointment to have it repaired here. Dropping the phone off was quick and easy, and was told it would be a few hours due to other repairs in progress and the extent of work that goes into my phone model in particular. I live in Polson, so it's about 1.5 hours one way, and I decided to use my time waiting to run around and take care of a few errands. I dropped the phone off at 1, checked in at 3:30 when it wasn't finished yet, and then realized I'd lost track of time at about 4:50. I didnt have another phone that they could contact me on when it was finished. I rushed back across town from N Reserve, speeding excessively and hitting every red light on the way. When I got there at 5:03, they were closing up and informed me that they had already closed the register. I told him I was from Polson and that I'd tried to hurry once I remembered they closed early on Sundays, and he was kind enough to get everything back up so I wouldn't have to make another trip. My phone looks amazing, my screen is now flawless again. I 100% would recommend their repair service to anyone in need. I am so grateful to these guys, both for their capabilities and empathy."
