"If I could give zero stars... this place was recommended because Ace Hardware told me that Frank would be faster. Like most others leaving reviews, I've called and stopped in to hear NOTHING about about my mower. The fix would have been simple. Frank seemed upset when I stopped by to ask the whereabouts of my mower and repair status. I've finally just bought a new one after giving up. Please don't use this business."
"We dropped off our riding mower and push mower last August. It’s now July. Still waiting for them to get fixed. After numerous calls and two stops down there we are still waiting on our riding mower. Almost a YEAR to sharpen blades, replace tires and put in a new wiring harness……. Save yourself the frustration and do it yourself! Picking up our still broken mower tomorrow and ordering parts. If I could give a -10 star review I would."
"Horrible experience X2. Initially I tracked this place down because they were listed on Milwaukee Tool’s website as a certified Milwaukee Tool repair shop. Dropped my Sawzall off after the motor started smoking and it lost all its power. Frank said he could fix it and would charge what I felt was a fair rate to diagnose the issue and he said it would take two weeks to look at. Sounded great. Nearly 3 months later he hadn’t even looked at it. I stopped down and called his shop multiple times. His posted business hours are not accurate. I was finally able to talk to him and he said he was just about to open it up. After not hearing from him again, I reached out to Milwaukee. Long story short, he’s not recommended by them anymore as he never fixed the tool. They ended up just sending me a new one. I made the mistake of leaving Frank my chisels and other work knives to be sharpened. He said he’d have them done by the end of the week. A month and a half I got them back. Again, multiple check ins and several “I’ll have them done soon” from Frank. The quality of the sharpen was decent but two of my chisels now have crescent shaped tips to them instead of square… so there’s that."
"Like many businesses, this business went through a transition period four to five years ago when getting good help was extremely difficult and their customer service suffered. Thankfully the owner has now secured good help and work is being done in a timely manner. In addition to the repairs that I asked to be done to my rider lawnmower, a squeak was noted by the repair person, and once investigated, additional work was needed to be done in order to make it so that the mower would continue to function properly. I highly recommend this business."
"The worst. They lost our lawn mowers and lied to us about it initially. They never returned one phone message and I left several! They didn't admit they lost our lawn mowers until 7 weeks in! This place is a joke! We dropped off three mowers asked two of the three be fixed. After not hearing anything for two weeks I call and the owner frank tells me they're working on them right now and that actually they are doing good because they've been back logged three or four weeks. Made me feel like I was being a jerk! A month goes by. I left multiple messages and heard nothing. Finally after having our mowers for 7 weeks Larry the repair guy tells us he lost them. He asks us to come identify ours. We were unable to do so one rickety mower looks like the next. So they promise to fix up two mowers and will have them to us by that Saturday. No call no nothing. In fact they are closed Saturday and Sunday. I leave another message Monday. No call back. They have had our lawn mowers over 8 weeks now. Never take anything to this place you'll never get it back!"
