"RC Worst installed the septic system in our new home last year. Sadly we had some issues with broken lines in the drain field which resulted in the field not leeching properly. After several attempts to try to resolve the problem, the folks at RC Worst came out and reinstalled all new lines and emitters under their warranty. Jonathan, Gavin and James, did some yeoman's work making things work right. None of this was easy work as it involved a lot of digging and meticulous placement of the new poly lines as well as making sure that the manifolds were not leaking. The temperatures were also in the 90's so the guys had some difficult work to get things finished up. They never once complained, were friendly and courteous and were careful to try to minimize the disruption to rest of the property. The drainfield is now working properly thanks to RC Worst's dedication to customer service. It is refreshing to find a company that stands behind their product/work in this day and age. They are a credit to the community!"

They had my subdrive in stock. I spoke with Jeremy, who actually found me a newer version of the subdrive, which saved me $1500. He said that I could call him anytime with questions. I must have called 4 times. He answered all my questions. The drive shipped and arrived the next day, as promised. I was able to install the subdrive myself, and get my well working again.
