"An in depth review from a former employee now that i don't work here no need for a fake 5 star review. Reliable appliance in Big Lake sells new scratch and dent appliances at a lower cost with a one year warranty (good deals!) they also sell used appliances that are generally acquired scrap units from Lowes deliveries with a six month warranty. those are very cheep units, but every one i have sold recently has been a service call. buying used here is a game of chance. still worth because someone will come out and fix it. as long as you have time you are all set. also be aware if you buy something and you get it home and it does not work there policy is you cant return it until it gets a service call from a trained technician or there is a restocking fee shopping there as a customer 7/10 - everyone is nice and attentive when you walk in the showroom and it is easy to call and set up a service appointment and the prices are fair! being an employee there 3/10 absolutely no management, level of professionalism, or formal training at the big lake location. The manager there does manage anything, but he does join in on the bad mouthing new employees who haven't figured there job out yet. If you are lucky enough to land a job here get ready for some anxiety and to be left in the dark about everything."
