"I have been working with Chris since he started his business. I don't use him a lot but I'm usually good for one or two jobs a year. I had him do a job for me hooking up a gas line. Got the bill on Saturday and mad arrangements to pay in two weeks as I needed to go back to the slope. One of my pipes froze just before I left for work leaving my family without water. Called Rock Solid and they wouldn't do the work until the previous bill was paid. In my time of need they wouldn't show up. I used them a lot and they always got paid. Never again."

"Our old boiler was having issues during the current cold spell. Rock Solid sent a technician the day after my call. Zach was our technician, and he did a fantastic job. Zach cleaned and serviced the boiler but was unable to reset the boiler to a safe and working condition. He left us with space heaters that kept our house toasty until his return the following day. Zach had researched our boiler and, upon his return, had a good idea of what the problem was. Zach did more cleaning and inspecting, nursing the boiler along so that it provided adequate service, but still not back to full strength. Zach believed that there was a blockage beyond his ability to address and recommended a power cleaner who could reach the suspected blockage - all in the hopes that the power cleaning could resolve the issue. Sure enough, following the cleaning, our boiler is back to full strength and running like new. Zach's hard work and professionalism saved us from the rather massive expense and great inconvenience of installing a new boiler. It is now 10-below outside, and we are enjoying a toasty 73 inside thanks to Zach."
