"Employees were smug and snobby. They only offered service to one customer in the store and another at checkout. I wasted time looking around the store for something they didn't have. They spent more time talking about a message from mall security regarding a shoplifter in the mall than doing the one thing that best prevents shoplifters... providing quality customer service. I decided not to purchase the couple items that I was interested in because they were not what I was originally looking for and I decided I would make use of my money elsewhere."

Plus, the trail tight capris were amazing! She absolutely loves them. I would wager to say better than Lululemon based on her reaction! The fit was perfect!
