"Not open during posted hours. Stopped by at 10:20. Drive through was posted at the store as being open till 10:30. No body was there and the place was closed down for the night"

"I am a dasher and I called to speak to someone to see if I could get the order at the front door. As I am speaking to a team member he said I understand because I had said hey I need to pick an order up can I that's as far as I got and he hung up on me. Customer service 0. I am very displeased with the customer service as working in the fast food industry is very customer worthy. I think management should have a team meeting with how the team members are "responding to their customers." Absolutely ridiculous."

"Ordered ahead with the app. The app said food would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived apprx 10 minutes later. No one was in the lobby but there were cars in the drive thru. I waited about 15 minutes before a worker came out to greet me. I said I ordered on the app and they went in the back again. I waited another 30 minutes for my food. I was there 45 minutes to pick up food that should have been ready when I arrived. Only 2 people were working and it was lunch time. Hire more people. It was a bad experience and I won't go back."

"Food is always good. It's usually something different than I order but I like to try new things. They should just have 1 price for everything like a surprise bag. Then the orders would never be wrong"

"Worst ever. Ordered over 40$ worth of food. They didn't have toast for the baskets, I asked for a discount and was told they would add extra fries... nope didn't happen. Wrong drinks, burger was missing all the vegetables, and no gravy either for any of the chicken baskets. Never told they were out of anything except for toast. I talked to someone there and the best they came up with was 10% off of the next order. There are only three DQs in the region. Don't waste your time on this one. 10%......... really. There should be negative stars."
