"My first time here. Ordered a loaded burrito for lunch for 12 dollars plus 15 percent tip. It was huge and very tasty so I ate the whole thing. I was so full that I skipped dinner that day. I forgot my hat and left it at the restaurant. The kind customer service staff saved my hat for me. I was able to retrieve my hat. Thank you. Truthfully, with the generous portion, one loaded burrito at Burrito Heaven is the equivalent of two burritos made from home. The profit margin is not that high for the outfit. The three customer service staff are like angels, doing their community service, even taking the time to look after my lost wool hat. Thank you so much!"
"I really wanted to like this place since I live so close. I've given this place a few chances thinking they've had an off day here and there, but they just aren't that great. The meats all appear to be very watery (boiled?) and tasteless. They sometimes try and squeeze all the water out of the meat when making your burrito, but sometimes it's too busy and they throw the watery meat on leaving you with a wet watery messy burrito. Last time I ate there I thought maybe my taste buds were fried for some reason because I couldn't taste much. There was just not much flavor to their watery burritos. Customer service is off and on. They're usually just rushing you along which is fine, but sometimes there's a person there who looks and sounds like she just hates being there. Last I was there, the lady asked if I wanted a small or large burrito. I asked what the difference was and she just gave me attitude by saying, uh the big one is bigger and didn't go beyond that. Really wish they would up their game there. I have absolutely no clue how their reviews are on the higher end. Maybe I'm missing something..."
"Great place. Pick your own ingredients burrito place! Home cooked and fresh! Outstanding food and fast service."
"This burrito is LOADED!!! definitely a quick spot to eat and extremely filling. Highly recommend."
"Burritos so much better than Chipotle's, I don't even miss it! They're also exactly the type of friendly, small business that I prefer to support. Admittedly, I was tempted to dock them a star for reliability - you can't count on them to be open every time you get that hankering for some burrito heaven - but they would be forced to stay open for business 24/7 if you, dear reader, would finally discover what you're missing. If you knew how good these burritos are, you'd be there twice a week like I am. Five stars."
