"Went In and Ordered to go, while waiting I went and called for service so I can get key to restroom but I got no reply. Like the kitchen is right there, why ignore me? Anyways that was annoying, I said screw it I can pee at home. Please put a bell at counter so we won't feel ignored, the only time I didn't feel ignored was when they were taking my money."
"I ordered the nacho cheese fries. I asked for garlic fries and got charged $5 more. There's no garlic parsley mix on it, they used powder which you can barley taste, for $5 extra. The cheese looks like melted cheese wiz, cheap looking and tasting."
"This is one of the best in Anchorage. We love the Max's burger. This is one of the few places we will drive across town just to just enjoy a great burger. Fries are great too. Great old fashioned diner with friendly staff & service with a smile!"
"Unassuming from the outside, this is a quaint little hole in the wall type place with a vast menu of dishes! And they’re all prepared deliciously! Unlike a diner where their menu is vast, but all prepared mediocrely, each dish here is cooked with care! I’ve had many items on the menu so far & have not been disappointed yet!"
