"I had no idea what to expect but it was fantastic! Bulgogi egg rolls and kimchi tots were my favorite. So. Good."
"Great little fusion restaurant, the food came out quickly and it tasted delicious! We were seated at the high table close to the warm fireplace, it was a bit of a tight space, but cozy. It was pretty busy considering we went out to dinner early (5:30pm), but we were seated right away."
"Disappointing! Back story, my family was looking forward to coming to this place for months. We had a 7 night cruise from Vancouver, Canada to Seward, Alaska and then a 3 hour bus ride to Anchorage. We saw this restaurant on Diners, Drive ins, and Dives, and figured since we’re going to be in Anchorage let’s stop in and try this place out. We got seated fine by a young lady and drinks were taken. The atmosphere was a bit boring. Black and white, no color or a welcoming feeling. We were so excited in trying out their food, but we didn’t know what to order. So we ordered a bunch of appetizers. We got everything in about 20 minutes and everything was hot and fresh. But we didn’t get that WOW factor especially being on TV. And what also got me was that I had a long piece of hair in my nachos. I immediately notified the man that brought the food over to us. And what he implied to me was very shocking. He was implied that it was my daughter’s hair that was mixed into the cheese, sauce and chicken of the nachos I was eating. Noted that she never dished it out to me or touched the nachos. The server looked over at my daughter and said that there’s no one here with long hair. (Possibly it could be from the chip bag it was from or from a different shift or from another female server). Instead of apologizing, he insisted that it didn’t come from his cooks. And walked away. I thought it was in very bad taste of him implying it was my daughter’s hair. After all the restaurants I’ve been to, I’ve never had such rude and bad customer service. And I or my family would never try to cheat a restaurant or any business."
"We were greeted when we came in. We went on a Monday. I have been here before four years ago, so this is my first time back the food came and we ordered two flavored wings, taco bowl enchilada, supreme Korean tator tots and some other things I can’t name everything came everything needed a little bit of more salt or chicken bullion. I was so displeased. This place has a lot of rave! But I was not happy about the food that I received. I literally had to put the salad from the chicken wings on top of my tater tot supreme because it lacks so much flavor and they didn’t even sprinkle the green onions or whatever chives on top. I can’t say that I am surprised because I’m not. But I will say is I regret spending 138.00 bill and I wished I went to taco bell for a double steak burrito instead. It is probably why I haven’t ate here for four years. I will not be back, but I have to say the waiters or kind and is the reason why I get this place 2 star. The fusion dishes had potential! IT was BLAND FOR ME… I think the cook didn’t taste the food he served because everything lacked Flavor and I wasn’t going to be rude and bring it up to anyone it’s not my place, but a cool place if you are interested in fusion dishes I guess."
"Overall: 4.5/5 (dine in) We got a nice table by the fireplace which was nice given how cold it was outside. They have K-pop music blasting with music videos on the big screen tvs. We were stuffed after the meal but left giggly after drinking the rice wine & cocktail so A great experience overall. K-Town Wings (12 Wings For $18.50): We got half Korean fire sauce and half garlic soy sauce. They were both really good. Pretty surprised about the garlic soy flavor since it's typically really light when we get it at other Korean restaurants but this one had enough flavor. Bulgogi Eggrolls ($9): I wasn't a huge fan of the egg roll wrapper but my husband really liked this appetizer. I didn't enjoy it as much so I only ate one piece. Fried Fish Taco ($5.75): This was pretty average. Wish the fried fish had more flavor. We got corn tortilla which went well with it. 3 Amigos Tacos ($15): This came with kalbi, spicy pork, & KBBQ chicken. We chose flour tortillas which they fried so you have to eat the tacos right away, otherwise they get hard. My favorites are the kalbi and spicy pork since they had the most flavor. Kim Jung Mule Soju Cocktail ($10): Taste like your typical Moscow mule but a bit sweeter. It's very light Makgeolli: We got a sample of this to see what rice wine taste like. It's pretty sweet & easy for anyone to drink. There's no alcohol taste to it. Bokbumja Black Raspberry Rice Wine ($16): This was surprisingly really good. We rarely have rice wine and this was our first time trying a flavored rice one. We loved it and I might like it more than regular wine. It has a subtle boldness and hint of sweetness so it's the best of both worlds."
